Founded in 1985 as Carolina Duplicating by Bryan and Tom Hall, the company quickly outgrew its name and was renamed Graphic Printing Services, Inc. in 1988. The company has grown from one long shift with two employees to a multiple-shift, 70+ person operation. Sales have soared from $75,000 in 1988 to $16 million in 2007.

In 1994, American Printer Magazine recognized Graphic as the fastest-growing printing company in America. The company has been ranked among the fastest-growing companies in the Piedmont Triad multiple times. Graphic has also won several “Best of the Best” awards in the Best Workplace in America competition by Printing Industries of America.

Graphic has completed five major building expansions throughout its nearly 25 year history. In addition the company has had eight major equipment expansions. Throughout our history we have invested over $25 million to create one of the most comprehensive and state-of-the-art printing, packaging and imaging facilities in the Southeast.

In 2009, Graphic added digital printing and wide-format graphics to its capabilities portfolio. As a result, the company was renamed Graphic Visual Solutions to reflect the progressive nature of our company and the full spectrum of solutions that the company provides.
